Mr. Top Coat is a clear coat suitable for finishing surfaces. Use it as the final finish on painted models. It is water based and may be applied to both Mr. Color and Aqueous Hobby Color acrylic paints. Can be used on slide marks. B503 Flat may become white if it is painted thick. Spray it thinly. For best results, do not use in a humid environment. Tested and certified radiologically inert.
